Ex-prisoners Of War

Indianapoms, Ind., Bept. 19.- About 100 dolegates attended the sixteenth reunión! of the National Association of ex-Prisoners of War. The following offloers were chosen: President, Thomas N. McKee Washington, D. C. ; Vice-President, F. H. Williams, Indiana; Secretary and Treas. urer, L. P. Williams, Washington ; Chap. lain, C. C. McCabe, New York; Historian Frank E. Moran, Philadelphia. The next meeting will be held in Milwaukee.
