New York's Oldest Dry-goods Dealer Fails

New York, Bept. 19. -Jacob L. Seixas, Wholesale dealer in dry goods, has become embarrassed, and his creditors have offered to settle at 50 per cent. The liabil itics are about 400,000. Mr. Seixas is the oldest dry-goods merchant in New York, having started in business flfty-one years ago. He bears a high reputation.
