Lasl February, a tbe petition of bis wife and neighbors, vbo sbowed that the crime wascommitted ','b.i'e Dablheim was drunk, he was ïardoned conditionally by llie Governor, l'be coudilion was tliat tbe man should 'orever nbstain from tbe use of intoxicating liquor, otberwise be would be sumnarüy returned without ordioary proceas of law and made to serve out bis term. A ev days ago complaint was made to Gov. kfcQill tbat Dahlheini bad sold his farm uid removed to Minneapolis; that he was pending tbe proceeda of the sale in delauchcry, and also abusing bis familyand leglecting to properly provide tor his wife and children. Thcreupon tbe Govern'ir notitied tbe warden, and a deputv went to Minueapolis after bis ticket-oïeave man.
