Isdianapolis, lnd., Oct. 13.- The Democratie Btate Executive Committee has made two changas ia the Btate electoral ticket, substituting in the Thirtoonth district Andrew G. Wood, of Warsaw, in the place of M . O. Packard, who is a bank director, and, it is supposed, ineligible, and O. H. D. Gibson in the Third district for Chairman Jewett, of the State committee, who has withdrawn. New York, Oet 13. - Jamos J. Coogan, a furniture dealer, has been nominated for mayor by the Uuited Labor party. Nüw York, Oct 12.- The Republicana nominated last night Joel B Echardt for mayor, John W. Jacobus for sheriff, Henry C. Perley for county clerk, and James T. Van Renssalaer for president of the Board of Aldermen. 8t. Paul, Minn., Oct. ia- The Executive' Committee of the Farm and Labor party of Minnesota met in executive session in fchis city vesterday and decided to with-, draw the State ticket, headed by Ignatius Donnelly for Governor, from the field.
