Eighteen Drowned

Chkistiana, Oct. 22.- The Russian steamship Archangel and the British steamer Neptune, of Glasgow, came into collision Saturday in Christiana harbor. Both vessels sant immecliately. The crew of the Neptune and eight of the Archangel crew were saved. The captain and seventeen. of the Archangel crew were drowaed.
