Death Of Judge Settle

Pbiladelpüia, Dec. 4. - A Drivate telegram receive i from Greensboro, N. C, announces tbe death in that city Saturday morning of Judge Thomas Settle, aged 56 years, from neuralgia of the heart. Judge Settle was Judo of the United States District Court for the Northern district of Florida and was chairman of the convention whicli nominated General Grant ior the second term.
