Wilkesbahre, Pa., Deo. 1- Two freigbt trains traveling in opposite directious on the New Jersey Central railroad collided with great f orce at Solomon's gap Monday moming. Both flremen were killed, oue of tUe 6ngineers was fatally scalded, and the other seriously in jured. The engineer of the soutlibound froiglil is charged with disobeying ox'ders, whicli was the cause of the accident. He roceivert orders f rom the operator at Prooscot not to pass Solomon's gap uutil ha received orders, lustend of stopping at the station lie dastaed by and was met a sbort distauce on by the other train. About 'orty freigbt cars were wrecked and all traf3c is itopped.
