The twenty-second Judicial Circuit n Chancery. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw in Chancery, at Ann Arbor, on the second day of November, A. D. 1888. In this cause it appearing from affldavit on file that the said defendant, J. G. Bailey, executor of the will of Julia A. Reynolds, deceased. is not a resident of this state, but is a resident of Santa Ana, in Los Angeles County. in the State of California. On motion of complainant's solicitor, it is ordered that the appearauce ot said non-resident defendant, J. G. Bailey, execHtor as aforesaid, be entered herein within four months from the date of this order ; and in case of nis appearance he cause hls answer to the bill of compialnt to befiled and a copy thereof to be served on the complainant's solicitor within twenty days after service on him of a copy of said bill and notice of this order; and in default thereof said bill will bn taken as confessed by said non-resident defendant. And it is further ordered that within twenty days the complainant cause a notice of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed, published and circuJating in said County and that said publication be contlnued the ein, once in each week, for six weeks in succession, or that he cause a copy of this order to be personally served on said nonresident defendant at least twenty days before the tims above preseribed for his appearance. Mead the administrator of said estáte, comes iuto court and represents, that he is now prepared to render his final account as such administrator.
