Sprixgfield, 111., Dea 30.- Thebiennial report of State Treasurer ïanner has been submitted to the Goveruor. lt shows that the balance in the State Treasury October 1, 1886, was Í3,451,7U.S2; receipts from all sources during the two pars, Í1O,759.:33.93; total, S14,211,245.75. The expenditures amounted to $10,872,088.53, leavin? a balance in the Treasury of $3,839,217.22. Of this amount there is credited to the general revenue fund 13,919.890.04; State school fund, $300,224.43; delinquent land-tax fuud, $331.06; unknown and minor heirs fund, L13.832.60; local bond funds, $599,539.09. One internal improyement stock interest bond, payable after 18S7, was presented and paid f rom a special appropriation, leaving $23,100 of old Stato bonds due and unpaid. These have ceased bearing interest.
