At three o'clock this morning fire broke out in the house on Church-st. occupied by John Phillips aa a 6tudent8' boarding house, and owned by Irving Storms, of Lima. It originated in the attic around the chimney. Of the household goods an organ, & table, and a few dishes were saved. The house does not seem to be a total wreek, but it may be. The insurance on the household goods had been perttiitted to expire, but immediately atter the destruction of Mrs. Bliss' residenoe by fire a ehort time ago, Mrs. l'nillips had her household goods insured for $900. The house was insured for $1,000 in tbe Phoenix of London, Eng.
