The "q" Strike

Chicago, Jan. 9.- The seal of secrecy has been removed from the terms of agrtement between the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Raürond and tbe conference committee of the Brotberhood of Locomotive Engineers. The terms are, in effect, that the comany wi!l not follow up, blacklist or in any manner attempt to proscr.be those who were concerned in the strike, but, on the contrary, will give to all who have not been guüty of violence or other im proper conduct letters of introduction, showing their record, and in all proi er ways assist them ia finding employment. Vice-tresident Ut ne of the Burlington stated that the agreement contained all that the men had eiaimed and all that the couipany was asked to concede.
