Chicago, Jan. 10.- In the case of the petit. on for an injunction restraining the city authorities from interfering with Anarchist meetings, Judge Tuley delivered his opinión yesterday. He refuses to grimt the injunction asked for, but at tlie same time, in effect, expresses his opinión that the pólice have no right to forbid the holding of a public meeting, or to interfere with its proceedings, so long as ït is not guüty of actually advocatinff or committing acts of violence or lawlessness.
