The Guy faction claim that tlieir leader was elected on the fuce of the returns, and it is feared that, as they largely outnumbsr the followers of Byrd, they will endtavor to seat Guy by force. While (Ju.v himself is disposed to abidc by the Becretary'8 decisión, it is claimed that he is powerless to prevent his adherente from open violence.
