A Bloody War Predicted

Londox, Jan. 30.- Mr. Edward Stanbope, England's Minister of War, delivered 8 speech to his constituents Monday night in which he proptesied the speedy outbreak in Europe of "the fiercest and most horrible war ever known." London newspapers condemn his utterances as ill-advised.
