Burns Construction Company, of Ihis city, which made an as nignment recently, owes about ïl,000,000, and that Jolin Fitzgerald, prosident of the Irish -American Land League, is a creditor to the extentof L450,000. The assignment, as aüeged, was made after the company had como uto possession of $2,250,000 in railway bonds.
