WAsniSGTou, Jan. 30. - It was positively stated ia political circles here yesterday that Piosidentelect Harrison had deoidod to mako the following Cabinet appointments: Secretary of Stato, James G. Blaine, of Maine; Secretary of the Treasury, William B. AUison, of Iowa; Postmaster-General, John Wanamaker, of Pennsylvania; Secretary of War, Kussell A. Alger, of Michigan.
