White Caps In Indianapolis

Indianapoi-is, Ind., Jan. 30 -Late Sunday night White Caps visited the residence of Patrick O'Neill on Agnes street, in this city. O'Neill was taken from the house, rolled in the snow, severely whipped and warned to discontinue the ill-treatinent of his family.
