Seven Lives Lost

Calgart, N. W. ï., Feb. 3- A freight train was descending the steop grade which runs down from the summit oí the Kocky Mountaius on the west side into Beaver when au ïxie on the locomotive tender broke, causingtheengine and nineteen cars to jvimp the track, and precipitating them down the sido oí the mountain. The engine and cars were badly stnashed. Fireman C. Fiddler, Brakeman J. C. Phelan and live Chinamea were instantly killed.
