iBERvnxE, Can., Feb. 20. - An elegantly dressed swindler. who arrived here from California a few days ago, skipped out yesterday after swindllng a wealthy farmer named Dumas out of $40,000 by claiming to be Dumas' son, who mysteriously dlsappeared f orty y ears ago, at the age of 6 years.
