Joljet, 111. , Feb.27. -Oscar Neebe has made no confession for the simple reason, as h puts it, that there is nothing for him to confesa. He sent a long communication to his brother Louis Monday night. But it contained nothing new rulating to the Anarchist. Neebe said if he were offered his freedom tomorrow for a confession he would have to state honestly that there was absolutely nothing he could teil more than is already known. The report that he was preparing afull confession of the formation, worldngs and i)laii8 of the Anarchist, for Judge Gary, was not true. He entirely bases his claims for executive clemency ujion the fact that he never did any thing threatening human Ufe nor was he in any way responsible for the Haymarket tragedy. Neebe stated in the presence of the writer that if he had been an organizer of the Anarchists or had any thing to do towards getting up the Board of Trade demonstration or the Haymarket meeting, he would Teel himself a giiilty man and would consider that hls punishment was a merited one, and he would feel that he deeerved to Rerve erery day of his term.
