Work On The Ship Railroad Soon To Begin

New Okleanh, March 12.-The TimesDemocrat states that the Mexioan Government has amended the concession granted to Captain J. B. Eads for a ship railroad by truaranteeing earnlngs to the extent of 5 per cent. interest on $60,000,000, the estimated cost of the railroad. Captain E. L. Corthell, who is now here, says the work of oonsttuction wiU begin at an early day.
