Chippewa Falls, Wis., March 12. -The warm weather has begun to drive the Wisconsin lumbermen out oí the wooda. Almost every camp on the east and west tributarles of the Chippewa river have broken up, leaving millions of skidded logs unbanked. The same can be said of those on the Eau Claire, Black, Wisconsln and 8t Croix rivera. The lumber barons prediot a big increase in the price of lumber.
