Luce will add his signature to an act that will give them the right of suflïage at school electionsand make them eligible to the office of school inspector in Detroit; all of which is right The Michigan State Horticultural society will hold its spring meeting in Lansing, Marcli 26 and 27, beginning the morning of the 26lh. The first day'8 sessions will be held in the rooms of the State Pioneer society, in the capitol, those of the second day at the Agricultural college. Programtne will be issued at once.
