Va., March IS.- The Supreme Court decided in the Goff-Wilson Gubernatorial mandamus case that Governor Wilson is entitled to hold over untll such time as the contest between Flemtng and Goflf shall have been settled, or, in other words, Gott is not entitled to the seat on the ground that tlie returns were notdeclared by the Leffislature. The %ht wlll now be between Wilson and Carr on a quo warranto proceeding.
