Mauch Chunk, Pa., March 18.- The jury in tho case of Engineer Cook, charged with criminal negligence, which resulteii in the collision at Mud Eun in October last, by which sixty persons were killed, returned a verdict of not guilty after a deliberatiou of twenty-ene hours.
