Glbson, a bartonder, and F. T. Bolllo wcre aRloep on the tlilrd lioor and both were ouffocatvd. Willlam Whlttaker, a sailor,wa-s seen at hls window on the fourth floor, but l)ofore the tomen could reach hlm he feil baok and was smothered. Powell wasbadly burned, but wiü probably recover.
