Uurst.of Chillicothe.Department Commander and passed resolutiona faTorlng a pension of elght dollars a month to every soldier, wlth one cent a day a arrice. Mrs. WiUiam Herrón, of CinclnnaU, was elected president of the Woman's Kalief Corps of Ohio.
