Wherea, default hu been made in the conditions of a mortgage executed by Peles Marshall to Helen Marehall, bearing date January 9th, A, D., 1874, and recorded in the office of Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County. Morgan, of Ann Arbor, in said County, to secure the payment of certain principal and interest money therein mentieni d; which mortgage was recorded on tbe 17th day of October, A. D. 1885, in the office of the Register or Deeds for the County of Washtenaw. in liber 69 of mortgages, on page 60; and whereas, default has been made for more than sixly days in the payment of an installment of interest which feil due on the 14th day of October. 1886, as well as in the two following animal inttailments of interest : Bjr reason whereof. and pun-uani to the terms of said mortgage, the whoie principal sum unpald on said mortgage, of 8even Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Dollai. with all arrearages of interest therein at the opt'on of said mortgagee, her executors or assigns. became due and payable immediately thereafter, and the power of sale contained in said mortgage became operative; and whereas, the executors of said mortgagee do hereby declare it tbeir optlon, and do hereby elect to nave the principal sum ot said mortuage, with all arrearage of interest therein, become now due and payable; and whereas, there 's claimed to be now due and payable as aforesaid upon said mort age and the note accompanying the same, at the ate of this notice. the sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred and 6ixty Dollars and Seventy-one cents in addition to all other costs. induding an Attorney fe of thirty five dollars; and nosuitor proeedings having been intituted either at law or in tquity, to recover the atoresaidsum orany part thereof: Nottce is therefore hereby given, that ►aid mortgage will be foreclosed on Priday the twenty-first day of June.
