Signed The Treaty
Washington, June 15. -The agTeement etween England, Germany and the United States on Samoan afïairs "was signed at Berin at ' o'clock tn the aíternoon. It wlU not be made public until cnnflrmed by the Senate. While it is called an agreement by officers of the State Delartment, Mr. Walker Blaine said laet evening that he tlvoug-ht it would undoubtedly require ratineation by the Senate, as t Ís a matter affecting the foreign policy of ;he United States. The agreement was cordially approved by all the members oí he conference and by their respect ve govermnents, and the best of feeling prevailed at the termination of the labors of the commissioners.
