Blanco Ís now Ín París, from which point he ordered the present President ot Venezuela, Dr. Paul, .to resign. Paul dld so, but the people of Caracas implored him to reconslder hls actlon and he cornplied. Guzman's f ollowers are now in the mlnority, and the deposed potentate is expected to return and inaugúrate a civil wnr.
