Kochesteb, N. Y., June 23.- A telegram was received in this city Monday announcing the discovery by Prof. Barnard, of the Lick Obeervatory, of a new cornet located in Andromeda. It is very faint The cornet is moving rapidly to the north and east This is the fourth cornet found by Mr. Barnard at the Lick Observatory.
