New York, July 6.- Frank Hoyt, paying teller of the First National Bank of Hoboken, has been arrested by Chlef Donovan, of the Hoboken PĆ³lice Department, at the instance of the oincers of the bank, on a charge of being a defaulter to the extent of 818,000. Hoyt has been suspected for Rome time past, and yesterday experts were put to work on nis books and the shortage discovered.
