Topeka, Kan., July 9.- W. L. Edgleson, a prominent negro politician of thia State,' is the prime mover in a scheme to induce the negroes of the South to emigrate to Oklahoma, He has organized an immlgration company composed of some of the prominent colored men of thte State, which will have agenta in all the prominent cities of the South, their headquarters being here. He saya he is receiving letters every day from peoplein the South inquiring about Oklahoma and how to get there. He expects to have 100,000 colored people in Oklahoma by next July.
