At Deer Park

Deer Park, Md, July 13.- President HarrisSn and Secretary Windom and family and Secretary Halford arrived here at 9:30 o'clock Friday evening1. A large orowd of people was at the depot to weloome the President, nearly all the sumuier visitors havlnsf turned out fcr that purpose. The Presidentlal party were received by Hon. Henry O. Davis and Stephen B. Elkins, whoss carriages were in waiting for their convenienoe. Tha Preident was driven directly to the cottage oooupied by Mis. Harrtson and Mrs. MoKee, and Secretary Windom ad family were driven to the Baltimore & Ohio Hotel wbere they have engaged rooms for seveial weeks. At Cumberland and Martinsburg tbe President was accorded a rousing reception, and at both places he shook hands with many people.
