Probate Order. STATE OF MICHIGAN, 1 COUNTY OF W'ASHTENAW. Ata session of the Probate Court for the County of Wabhtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the second day of August, In the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the Matter of the Estáte of L11 Benton, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verlfled of William W. Wines, praylug that a certain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that he may be appointed executor thereof. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the second day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, lcgatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sesston of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petltioner should not be granted : And it is further ordered, that eaid petitioner give notice to the persous lntererted in said estáte, of the pendency of Baid petitlon, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of thls order to be published in the Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed and clrculated ia said county.three successive weeks previoua to said day of hearing.
