SS' At asemlonofthe ProbateCourt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the 26th aay of August, ui the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-nine. Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate In the Matter of the Estáte of Willian H. Dell, deee8ed. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled of JeB8e A. Dell, prayiug that a eertaiu instrument now on file in this court, purporting to bethe lastwill and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that Administraron with the will anneied of said estáte may be granted to h.mself or some other suitable per8on. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 23d day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon be assigned tor the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legateee, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said éstate, are required to appear at a seskiou of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner Bhould not be granted : And it is further ordered, that eaid petitioner give noticetothe persons ïmererted in said estáte, of Ihe pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published In the Ann Arbor Register, a newspaper printed and circulated ín said eounty, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
