A Strange Accident

Columbus, Ind., Aug. 'M. -James Kmith, a farmer living west of thia ctty, met with a peculiar accident one night recently which is about to i esult in his death. He was in bed dreaming that he was in the river flwimming. Ho aro.se in his sleep, and, imagining thnt he was taking a big leap in the water, jumped, alighting on a bed-post, the point of which penetrated his lunsfs and broke a few ribs, inflictinjj fatal wounds.
