Cincinkati, Sept 3.- A Somerset (Ky.) special to the Evening Presa saya : A negro, employed by Wílliam Oatts, a prominent farmer of Wayne County, ravished the young daus;hter of Mr. Oatts during the absence of the párente of the jfirL A posse caught the neero in the woods afterwards and tied him to a atake, built a pen of rails around him, Katurated the negro and fenco with coal oil and set lire to both. The cries of the victim were horrible to hear. In a few minutes nothing remained but a sinall pile of burniug tiesh.
