Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate In the Matter of the Estáte of Willian H. Dell, deceased. On reading and filingthe petition, duly verifled of Jesse A. Dell, prayiug that a certain instrument uow on file in this court, purporting to be the last wlll and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that Administration with the will annezed of said estáte may be granted to u. niself or some other suitable perBon. Cowles, the first mortgage bearing date the 28th day of June, 1879, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, on the Brst day of July, 1879, iu Liber 58, of mortgages, on page 95. The second mortgage bearing date the 7th day of July, 1S83, and recorded in the office of the Register of Dceds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, on the 12th day of July, 1883, in Liber 68, of mortgages, on page 304. The ihird mortgage dated July Sd, 1881, and recorded in the office of the Register oí Decds fur Washtenaw County, Michigan, on the 7th day of July, 1884, in Liber 63, of mortgages, on page 207. On which three above described mortgages there is claimed to be due, at the date of this notice, the sum of Ï3194 26 for principal and Interest, and no action or proceedngs at law or in equity having been instltuted to recover the delit secured by said mortgages or any nart thereof.
