The disturbance of ths earth's Interior seems to have been dlrectly under the spot where stands the immense pulp and paper-mill of ths Van Nortwick-Rogers Company, and great damafre was done to the structure. This mili was but recently completed. It was built mostly of stone, and the immenslty of the same can readily be guessed from the fact that it is the largest paper and pulp-mlü In the United States. The damage to the mili will reach far into the thousands. The uorth and east walls of the mili are ciacked in many places and have separated from the floor and roof several inches. All of the machinery In the north end will have to be set over, as it Is all out of place, many shaf ts being bent An artesian well on a blnfï 2J0 feet above the mili han ceased to flow sincj the oceurrence.
