Frank Malsac, twelve years oU, of Weat Bay City, was sentenced to the reiorm school recently by a juetice of the peace on the charge of truancy. ProVjate Judge Wright investigated the matler, discovered that the school was not in session, and truancy was therefore impossible, and he ref used to approve the commitment. The judge hinted that too many parenta were anxiouB to shove thelr young children upon the State.
