White Caps Indicted

Marión, Ind., Sept 10.-William Oxley, William Cassler, James JIcMillan, James Woodard, Ezra Farr, Lawrence Woodard, George Green. Daniel Farr, Joseph Maddox, John Oliver and James Cassler, satd to have been the White Cap who whipped Mrs. Aseneth Street and her daughter ome time ago, have been Indicted on the charge of felonious riot and conspiracy and arrested. Most of the lndicted men are intluential cltizen and heads of families. The crime with whieh they are charged is a penitentiary offeaae.
