Acquitted Of Murder.

Kansas City, Mo., Sept 17.- Alice Dyke, on trial for the third time for the murder of John Hamllton two years ago, was acquitted Monday night The nrst trial resulted in conviction and a sentence oí fifteen years in the penitentiary. The second Jury oould not arrive at a verdict, and the third rendered a verdict ot "not guilty." The prisoner claimed self-defense from robbery.
