Cavener Resigns

DÏcNVEB, Co1.j Oct. 38.- A. E. Cavener, tbe second grand assisf ant engineer oí the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, tendered bis resignation at Friday'9 session oí the convention. It is believed that he had been severely rep rimanded for his action during the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy strike. His resignation was accepted.
