Tbe weather erop bulletin of the Michigan weather service which was isued, jjives the following conditiona and predictioTiR: The weather conditiona of the past wesk have been unfavorable for corn and wheat, the frost damaging the oom fodder, and the lack of rain being unfavorable to the growth of the wheat. The reports indícate that the corn is nearly all cut, probably fully two-thirds of it, and that pottion which was not secured was bleached by the frost of the past week. In the iections of the state where sufficient rain has fallen during the seas )n, the corn erop will be fully up to the average, but in the sections which have suffered from the drought duiing the mooths of August and September, the erop will be materially Bhortened. The potato crup has matured in belter condiuon thin was anticipated. Back wheat has all been secund before the killing Irosts. Wheat, whieh s about all sowo, a good soaking rain Boon to have it have a good growth tu yo throuh the winter in very tine conditk n. The present iudicatiotis are the top wil be small by the timo treezing weather sets in. The present indi rationa are that al crops but the wheat are now bevond tho effects of uofavorahle weather conditions for this year, and the wheat, with a warm, soaking rain, will materiaily improve am be in sfe condiuon to winter well. This bulletin wilh thie issue will be discontinued for this se aon, and will be re sumed again in the spring at the coramencement of the growing season. The director desires to expresa his thanks to the voluntary observéis who have so kind ly furnished reporto during the season for ihis bulletin, and requesta tbat a report be furnished for next week for tbe ue of the chief gnal officer, when tbe reports may be disconlinued for this season, as all crops will by that time be beyond the effects of tbe weather for this season.
