Baxter Spiüngs, Kan., Nov. 4.- The council of the Quapaw Indiana met Saturday and decided to soll their reservation to the Government on the tenns proposed by the Indian Commission. The reservation consists of 63,000 acres of exoeptionally fertile land in tho southeastern cornw of Kansas.
