Gustav Bhr of Detroit visited relativas in the city Monday. David Henning of Chicago has been in the city this week. Fred A. Cutler and wife hare gone east to spend a couple of weeks. Mrs. F. Button, who has been viaiting in Detroit, returns home today. M. Howard, who has been sick for some time, is now able to ba out again. Harry Oaoe of Kansas City has been vi&tiiig ïelauves in the city this week. Mrs. R. E. Fuller of Monroe is visitingMrs. M. M. Green on Division-st. Arthur Brown went to Silme yesterday to attend the wedding of bis brother. Miss S ira Clowson of Ypsilanti opent a few days with frienas in the city this week. Mre. Jones, nee Alice Van Due&en, of New York is visiting Mrs. Elisha Jones on State-st. Mrs. ffffl. Allaby returned Thursday night from a month's visit at Pbiladelphia and Washington. Miss Stella Mozart, who has been visitint friends here, returns to Washington, D. C, this week. Jacob Dengler, C. Mathews and Gustave Ludor of Owosso have been in the city this week visitiug their parent.. A. V Hoag, who fornnerly clerked for J. J. B. F. Couch and children of Garrettsville, Ooio, who have been pending the summer with her sister, Mm. M. C. Peterson, returned home Friday. Mrs. C. M. Jone, who has been visitinf her sister, Mrs. B. F. Watts, left Saturday to visit her sister at Flint before returning to her home in Wichita, Kaos. Louis P. Liitz, who is associated with the meraber of the firm of J. ï. Jacobs fe Co. in their branch store at Byron, spent Sunday ard Monday with friends in this city. He reports business booming at Byroti. Rev. Henry Tatlock of New York was the guest of H. J. Brown while in the city this week. He lett for New York Tuesday evening, and will probably return to this city by Djc. 1, to take charge of St. Andrew's church. Mrs. A. M. Fall returned to the hoase of her son, D. C. Fall, Monday, after taking a three weeks' trip through New York state. She visited a number of places, traveling alone, quite an undertakfor a lady 77 years of age.
