No Case Against Powderly

Scottdale, Pa., Oct. 2. - The case of Edward Callaghan against ï. V. Powderly, S. R. Byrne and Peter Wiso for conspiracy carne up before Justice Merritt bere Saturday. After hearing Callaghan's evidence Justice Merritt decided that it was not sufflcient to hold the defendants, and the caso was dismissed.
