A New Departure

We are pleaged to note that our school board has made a move ia the right direction in securing the services of Prof. J. C. McOlenahan to manage the business department of the High Sohool. Mr. MoClenahan has had over twenty years experienoe in active business work, both in the school room and ia business life; he therefore brings to his work here ripe experience and soholarship. During the holidays the work of fitting up offices, banks, etc, in the high school has been going on, and we can truthfully say that no other school can offer better advantages to those wishing to secure a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping and bnsines affairs. Tbe business offices are fitted up in the most modern style and are thoroughly equipped with large boaks and business forms of all kinds, where business can b carried on as completely and systematically as in the outside busiDess world. All text-book work is dispensad with and actual business carried on exclusively. An evening schoo! will be conducted in the rooms during the next three months, comniencing in about two weeks.
