Belser; seoretary, John R. Miner; execu tive omnaittee, John A. Gatea, M. J. O'Bnen; W. E Howe, Win. Biggs, E. Eberbach. This a?s iciation has, in a little less than three years in which it has been doing busines', loaned to ita raembers $18,000, thm enabling twenty-eight of tg members either to build homes for themselve or to pay off mirtgages on homes already built. Tne net proöts, which are shared by all its members in pmr-rtion to their stook, now amount to $1.539.36. A paymeat ot $1 75 per we?k will, in about six yeara, pay for a home worth □ vehundred'dollars. A weekly paymet cf $3.50 will, in the same time, pay for a home wonh one thousand dollars. Tnis associatio-i is doitig, in ita quiet way, a good work for the comfort and happ'iness of the wage earners of this city by aidinï them to help themselves, and to live in hornea of their own, and by furnishinga means by whiuh young men and women can be er.couraged to save something for a rainy day. It should be supported by all who,willing to r6ceive a fair return for the money they invest, can at the same time help their neighbor.
